We draw inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of Venezuela, paying homage to the indigenous traditions and legends that have shaped our roots.
Our story begins with Icoa, the revered Venezuelan goddess of water, who was worshipped by the native Indians of the Paria peninsula for her nurturing presence in their cocoa bean trees. It is this deep connection to nature’s bounties that ignited our passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences centered around the finest ingredients.
